Uniform Patrol Division

The Patrol Division of the San Gabriel Police Department is a highly trained, responsive and dedicated  group of police officers.  These dedicated men and women patrol the streets of San Gabriel 24-hours-a-day, 7 days a week and respond to emergency calls from simple thefts to murder.

The Patrol Division consists of 33 uniformed police officers, four lieutenants, five sergeants, and 6  reserve officers.  Patrol officers are assigned to marked police vehicles.

The dedication and commitment of our police officers to protecting the citizens is reflected in our "Mission Statement." Along with our Mission Statement is the desire of each police officer to be proactively involved in Community Policing by participating in community and school programs.
